Miley Ray Cyrus is daughter of Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus. She was born on the 23rd of November of 1993. She was born in Franklin, Tennessee. Cyrus has appeared as a character in Hannah Montana (2006) and The Last Song (2010) along with Demi Moore, moved on to other parts.
